In the main event of Cage Warriors 103, Nicolas Dalby was crowned the new interim welterweight champion. The ‘Locomotivo’ was sharp in the first two rounds against the game Alex Lohoré, but a counter left hand in the third ended the night with a TKO.
It was almost five years to the day since the Dane won the welterweight title back in 2014 at Cage Warriors 66.
The UFC vet is now set for unification title fight with the current champion Ross Houston. He has won three bouts in a row, all by stoppages.
The event was sold out with nearly 3,000 people in attendance at the historic KB Hallen.
