In addition, the following statement regarding the new matchup for Gustafsson was posted on UFC.com :

Stepping in for The Janitor will be fellow wrestler Matt “The Hammer” Hamill, who last faced Quinton “Rampage” Jackson in the main event of UFC 130. Hamill and Gustafsson have verbally agreed to the August 6 matchup.”

MMA Viking has spoken to Alexander’s manager, and he is confirming the matchup and has received the contract from the UFC. The bout should stay on the Spike card, and not get bumped to the main card, due to Spike’s preference to highlight former TUF veterans like Hamill on their broadcasts.
