Jonas Mågård (6-3) will look for his fifth straight win, this time on short notice.  The “shark” will step in to fight Englishman Bryan Creighton (5-5), a Cage Warriors and BAMMA vet, that will want to snap a four fight losing streak when they collide at Golden Ticket Fight Promotions’s Fight Night 6 card on September 9 in Wolverhampton, England.

My manager offered me a fight and I took it it would be a good fight for me. I’m seeking a big fight in November, but I haven’t fought since April 1, so I wanna get the rust out of the body and plus I have a new team behind me I wanna feel out how it works.” says the Rumble Sport – All Powers Gym fighter to MMA Viking.com

The 25-year-old Dane isn’t taking Creighton lightly. “I don’t underestimate my opponent he is a tough guy a former Cage Warriors fighter and have fought some good guys, that’s why I’m going to England to do the last of my preparation for this fight I’m going to Manchester All powers gym because they have a strong team over there and a lot of young hungry top pro fighter who will get me ready for the fight.”

While Mågård has fought at featherweight for his most recent run, he will be looking for a change. “I’m planning to go back down in bantamweight. I’m looking forward to fighting at a catchweight 63kg (139 lbs) for this bout, and send a message to the bantamweight division that daddy is coming home!! I’m a more confident and complete fighter then I was since I last fought in bantamweight.”
