Herdem Alacabek at LFA 36

Herdem Alacabek (3-0) will take on Californian Jonathan Noriega (3-0, 1 NC) at LFA 36 at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, California. The Swede now residing in Los Angeles comments “I will be making my second appearance for @lfafighting March 23rd. Looking forward to showcase my skill and continue my winning streak until the @ufc gives me the call.”

Minna Grusander at Invicta FC 28
Mar 24 all-day

Minna Grusander (5-1) will make her Invicta debut on Saturday, March 24. “Brutsku” will face Fernanda Priscila “Pitbull” Barros Pinheiro (2-1) on the Invicta FC 28 card at the Union Event Center in Salt Lake City.

Sy and Kakai at Phoenix FC

Sweden based fighters Sirwan Kakai (12-5) and Sadibou Sy (6-2) are set for their debuts with the Phoenix Fighting Championship a Middle East Based promotion.  Their fights will go down in Abu Dhabi on April 5 on the new promotions 6th show.

Kakai is a UFC veteran, that went one win and one loss in the Octagon back in 2015.  Following the run, he signed with Bellator where he lost to Joe Taimanglo and Joe Warren.

Back in Stockholm at Allstars Training Center, “Zohan” will be back in action against Shuya Kamikubo who has a 7 win, 1 loss, and 1 draw record.  The Japanese fighter is a Pancrase and Deep veteran that is on a three fight winning streak.

Kakai has not been in the cage since March of 2016, so this fight will be after a year and a half of inactivity.

Sy will be facing Mostafa Rashed Neda out of Saudi Arabia with a 4 win and 2 loss record.  He is coming off of a loss, but it did come after a 4 fight winning streak.

Sadibou trains out of Pancrase Gym in Stockholm and one of the best strikers on the scene.  He is coming off two consecutive wins, including 5 of his last 6.  The fighter has fought both welterweight and middleweight, but this bout is set for 185 lbs.

Glenn Sparv at AFC
Apr 7 all-day

Glenn Sparv (17-4) will head to Perth to fight for the Australian Fighting Championship (AFC) belt on April 7.  “Teddy Bear” will face Stu Dare (8-5) for the middleweight title fight.
