Sweden based lightweight Arman Popal (5-2) will face Akhmed Shervaniev (14-1-1) from Russia at BRAVE CF 43 on October 1. After the three consecutive events in Sweden, BRAVE CF shifts to a new location for their next three cards – Bahrain.

This will be Arman’s second fight this year, he expects to face a tough competitor, with a very solid record of 14-1. Shervaniev fights out of Chechnya’s Fight Club Akhmat and he is currently on a 2-fight winning streak, just like Arman.

Arman, who currently trains at Järfälla Kampsport Klubb and All Stars Training Center, will have his first bout in the BRAVE CF after fighting in several regional promotions.

In Superior Challenge, Arman scored three early finishes, all via KO/TKO. Following that, he signed with a Swiss-based promotion Lions FC where he suffered his second loss, which came via TKO in the second round. In 2019, Arman fought in the Fight Club Rush, both in Sweden, where he scooped up his last two wins.

Prior to his last loss at ACA 93 to Tural Ragimov, Shervaniev had 11 straight wins and no losses on his record. At the end of 2019, Akhmed signed with BRAVE CF and had his first fight against Arturo Chavez at BRAVE CF 32. The fight ended with an unanimous decision win for Shervaniev.
