UFC on Fox 5 is coming this Saturday. Today, the UFC has a press conference to help promote the event in Seattle. Mike Swick, BJ Penn, Shogun Rua, Benson Henderson, Nate Diaz, Rory Maconald, Matt Brown, and Swede Alexander Gustafsson along with Dana White were at the event.
