Chechen born but now fighting out of the GB Gym in Helsinki, Finland Musa Amagov (3-0) has been labeled as Finland’s hottest prospects due to string of brutal knock outs and submission wins that he has delivered for the fight fans. Besides the results there are other reasons for the hype on Amagov: an extensive combat sports background ranging from wrestling to boxing, extremely athletic, strong work ethic and rapid development.

Musa Amagov, little brother of StrikeForce star Adlan Amagov, is one of the most promising fighters in Finland

At the Karkkila Fight Night “Reincarnation” show Amagov, who is mostly known for his explosive striking, showed off his constantly improving skill set by quickly submitting Belarusian Arnold Vanyan with straight ankle lock in the first round.

In other fights Finnish wrestling powerhouse Jussi Halonen made a tactical error and paid a price for it as Russian Pavel Berioza forced him to tap out in 28 seconds.

The swedes didn’t have much success in Karkkila. Pancrase Gym’s Martin Fouda was submitted by Mika Hämäläinen in the first round and Forcafighting’s Michel Ersoy dropped a decision to Jarmo Paunonen.
