Two exciting lightweights begun the professional MMA portion of the evening. After an entertaining first round, Nordlund limped back to his corner and it was clear that he could not continue. The fight was called as a TKO victory to Kapanen who was clearly not happy to win a fight via an unfortunate injury to his opponent.
