YourMMA.tv reports that Iceland’s grappling prodigy Gunnar Nelson (8-0-1) will fight Ukraine’s Alexander Butenko (12-4) at the Cage Contender 12 event.  The show will go down on the 25th of February in Dublin, Ireland.

23 year old Nelson is widely considered to be the biggest prospect in the Nordic at the moment.

Nelson took some time off from MMA to focus on grappling competitions and ADCC but it’s time to get back to the fight game. Icelander is pitted against tough grappler in Butenko who has ten submission wins on his records and all losses by decision –he is on a four fight winning streak.
