Musoke takes on Kelvin Gastelum in the co-headlining bout Saturday night at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. The welterweights will be second to last fighters to step on the scale of the 11 bout card.
On the first attempt, Musoke weighted 171 and Gastelum at 173. The American has 2 hours to try and lose the 2 pounds, or he will give away 20% of his salary to the Swede.
Update as posted on Sherdog.com “Gastelum failed to make weight on his first attempt and a subsequent try (172.5) and will forfeit 20 percent of his purse.”
