For the second time, Alexander Gustafsson versus Antônio Rogerio Nogueira will not be happening after the bout was booked. This time it is an injury from Gustafsson that is pulling him off of the planned bout on November 19 in Sao Paulo Brazil.
Little Nog was expected to face the Mauler on April 14, 2012 at UFC on Fuel TV 2, the first UFC in Sweden. However, Nogueira pulled out of the bout due to injury. Now it is the Mauler’s turn.
Ryan Bader will step into the fight according to MMAFighting.com, that first reported the news.
Gustaffson recently got back on the winning track by outpointing Jan Blachowicz at UFC Fight Night 93 earlier in the month. The 29 year old out of Allstars Training Center has 17 wins and 4 losses.
