The Renyi Fighter is from northern Sweden in the town of Umeå, the same camp as UFC fighter Tor Troeng. The 25 year old can also be found training at Allstars Training Center in Stockholm, which is the camp of Alexander Gustafsson.

“It’s a dream I have had long.” says the middleweight who just went to 9 wins and 0 losses with his win over Veselin Dimitrov two weeks ago at European MMA 6.

The Swede has looked good since returning from knee surgery, which kept him out of fighting for all of 2012. In his return against Abusupiyan Magomedov in March of this year, he looked like his old self. He took out the experience fighter with a rear naked choke in the second round.

Ståhl has been fighting professionally since 2009, and is a veteran of Superior Challenge, Battle of Botnia, Cage Fight Live, and most recent the European MMA promotion.

“I will fight on Dec. 7 in Australia against Alex Garcia.” says the fighter that goes by Real Steel. His opponent trains out of Tristar gym, and has an impressive record of 10 wins and 1 loss. It will also be Garcia’s debut in the Octagon.
