Tällä kertaa painia, ja tietenkin kaikkea muutakin vapaaottelun iloja päästää testaamaan Georgian Tbilisistä tulevaa Adem Vashakmadzea vastaan.

Vashakmadze on Georgian mestari Kreikkalais-roomalaisessa painissa ja kokenut ammattilainen.

❤️👏🏼 Posted @withregram • @kennethberghmma Of all the photos I could’ve chosen to start off, the first one probably encompasses the bitter-sweet nature of retiring from MMA the best.

Somewhat bitter because I don’t feel like I accomplished what I wanted, nor performed to the best of my capabilities, but so incredibly sweet because of all the memories, friendship, unique experiences and freedom I’ve enjoyed as a professional athlete.

Sweet, because is life is just that, so fantastically sweet, paradoxically even when it isn’t.

I may be done with the sport, but I’m not done living life to it’s fullest and embracing new challenges. I’m grateful, not just for what I’ve experienced on my own, but grateful to those that supported me along the way and lived it with me.

Life is good.
