More and more fighters are taking to Instagram to give insight into their lives as fighters.  MMAViking.com picks out a few of the most popular and interesting from the last week.  Tom “Stoneface” Niinimaki smiling and Alexander Gustafsson signing hundreds of autographs at the weekend’s Moster Truck Jam in Stockholm are a few of the best from Nordic MMA’s most well known.  Dad Mats Nilsson stole our hearts with him and his baby on fathers day and Pannie Kianzad and Anna Elmose show that their posing skills are top notch.  BUT, it was Uppsala, Sweden’s Zebaztian Kadestam now training in the Philippines with taking his goats out for a walk that takes gold this past week.  Enjoy!
