Current Cage Warrior and WFS champion Jack Hermansson (10-2) has been booked for the main event at Lion Fighting Championships (LFC) 6.  The bout against Kévin Del (2-3-1) out of France, seems a bit of a mismatch, but it will still proceed for the middleweight title on November 29th.  The promotion has just announced the matchup.

The ‘Joker’ is coming off a huge win as he stopped UFC vet Karlos Vemola with a first round armbar at WFS 4 in August to capture their middleweight strap.  Earlier this week, Warrior Fight Series told MMAViking.com they were targeting the fighter for their upcoming card.

The Frontline Academy fighter is on a 5 fight winning streak and has also gained attention for defending his Cage Warriors middleweight belt. The Swede hasn’t lost since his time in Bellator in 2013, and the word on the street is that not too many middleweights are interested in fighting the wrestler.

The ‘Octopus’ did win his last bout at LFC 3 in March, but lost two bouts in a row prior to this.  The Reaper Squad fighter turned pro in 2011 and we will tell if he is close to being on the Swede’s level when they step in the cage in Rochester, Kent right outside London.

The Norwegian raised Dane Thomas Jessing (1-0) will also face Jeremy Alary (1-1) from Reaper Squad France on the card.
